Terms of service

Collegemitra is an independent guidance platform that helps MHT-CET aspirants explore colleges using published CAP cutoff data, percentile estimation tools and editorial content. We are not affiliated with the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra, DTE, or any college or university. All admission decisions are made solely by the competent authorities.

Some features (saving predictions, option forms, alerts, referrals) require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans (Aspirant, Achiever) are billed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the plan fee, including recurring renewal charges where you have enabled auto-renewal. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the manage subscription page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Plan fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where a payment was charged in error. Consultation sessions included with the Achiever plan are scheduled by mutual availability and carry no monetary refund value once delivered.

• Do not scrape, bulk-download or resell our data or content.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls or access another user's data.
• Do not post abusive, misleading or unlawful content in community Q&A.
• Do not use the referral programme fraudulently (self-referrals, fake accounts).

Predictions, percentile estimates, seat probabilities and suggestions are indicative only. They are derived from historical cutoff data and publicly available information, which changes every year. Actual cutoffs, seat matrices and admission rules are published exclusively by the CET Cell and may differ materially. We do not guarantee admission to any college, the accuracy of any estimate, or the availability of any seat. Always verify details against official CAP notifications before making decisions.

The Collegemitra name, logo, site design and original content are our property. Government cutoff figures and college names remain the property of their respective owners and are reproduced for reference. You may not copy substantial portions of the site without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collegemitra and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including lost admission opportunities — arising from use of the service or reliance on its estimates. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be signposted on this page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
